ESTATE PROJECT
The Retreat (2009 AIA Award) is a 1900 sq. ft. “jewel box”. Nestled among trees and boulders orient the Retreat to capture views of certain old-growth trees and topographical features in order to link past and present. -
ESTATE PROJECT
The Engineerum is a 2,625 sq. ft. private museum. A glass-fronted interior mezzanine overlooking the "factory floor" provides office & research space and a platform for observing the operation of the antique machinery. -
CHURCH PROJECT
A complete aesthetic & mechanical interior rehabilitation of the existing Chapel at St. Mary's Church. By exposing the old roof scissor trusses in the interior space we created a transformed & functional space. -
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Larchmont Residence №5 is a 6,967 sq. ft. home integrated into a wooded setting in to capture views of the stream, rock outcroppings and trees from all rooms, and to incorporate a high proportion of outdoor living space.. -
Restuarant Project
The 6,500 sq. ft. Stadium Restaurant has two dining areas for 120 patrons with an outdoor patio for 40 more, & a major bar with 11 overhead televisions and a large 8 foot screen to display major sports events.
